Great winery. Staff are friendly and let us taste the wines available. The Shaiz and Muscat are great!

What has happened to this place? We have often eaten here, and been very happy, but our experience on Saturday for lunch was so disappointing. The menu is bland and uninteresting, the scallops and chorizo entree was small and badly balanced, and the duck main course was bland and tasteless, with four poor little beans as an accompaniment . It was a small amount of pulled duck in the middle of a large plate. The pork belly was barely 6cm square and also uninteresting. The deserts also left a lot to be desired. The set price of $60- was way too expensive for the small serves given. The small sourdough bread served for $7.50 and an extra cost for butter (!) was a rip off. The only good part of the meal was the wine and the service. Such a shame, but we won't be back until we hear on the grapevine that the food has returned to it's previous excellence.

Cheeses good selection of French cheeses but would have appreciated larger serves but should include more bread or crackers.

The Interpretation of the orange almond Mille- feuille was an insult to the traditional French pastry and it was inedible.

Came friends from New York. holidaying in Aus over Xmas. They were blown away with the quality of the Creme Brulee. And the wines. Love the LJ red. Staff were busy but very friendly. A hidden gem.
