    Great pub meals, excellent value and the beer was cold.

    Fantastic service, such friendly staff. This was a playout visit with a brass band that I play in so we didn't have a meal this time. I've eaten here other times though and I have always thoroughly enjoyed it.

    Good food and friendly service. Comfortable bar area, spacious dining room and outdoor spaces heated for winter warmth. Good choice of on tap beers and wine.

    Had lunch there last Saturday, walked in just before 2:00pm just before the kitchen was due to close, happy to provide us with meals.
